Ep. 16 Led Zeppelin

One of the best selling artists in the history of recording, Led Zeppelin has certainly set the bar for what it means to be a rock band. Their career has shaped many different aspects of the music industry we know today. Each of their nine albums reached a Billboard #10 Spot, six of which hit the #1 spot. With Jimmy Page's heavy guitar, Robert Plant's shrieking vocals, John Paul Jones head-moving bass and keyboarding, and John Bonham's rhythmic drums, Led shook up the world culture of music with hits like "Ramble On", "Kashmir", "Stairway to Heaven", "Whole Lotta Love" and so many more. However, its impossible to reach the "legendary rockstar" title without trashing a few hotels and throwing TV's out windows. Their intense career began in the late 60's and came to a mournful end following the death of John Bonham later in 1980.
